Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we do. However please get in touch for more information including the country you are in and the names of the items you wish to order and we will look into this for you.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Please add your chosen items to your cart and then use the checkout option. You can either pay by debit card or via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal.

We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment has been received, cleared and stock level checked your order will be processed and subsequently dispatched.

I've changed my mind, can I return my item?

You have the right to change your mind about your purchase, If this is the case please contact us to let us know that you will be returning your order (this will be at cost to you and must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery). We can provide the return address during correspondence. All items must be returned in original condition and unused within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund once they have been received and checked. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The item I received is damaged, what should I do?

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within seven days of receiving the item. Please include photos of the damaged item.. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by replacing the item or offering a refund for the item. The faulty item will need to be returned to us.
